The equipment was old and not clean, the bathroom fixtures were broken, and the building’s basement floor made the place feel cramped. The price wasn’t cheap either—Rome hotels are generally pricey, so the cost just kept rising.

The hostel’s location and the ease of getting around by any transport were great. It’s surrounded by many shops and restaurants and close to the main tourist spots, a very quiet and safe area. Sometimes people smoke in the inner corridor and the smoke seeps into the rooms.

The locked wardrobes weren’t sturdy and were a bit loose. A sturdier and slightly larger wardrobe would be better.

The location was very good. However, the kitchen was in poor condition, the room didn’t match the photos in the booking, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and room was not evident.
