The hotel’s owner and manager are very polite and helpful; the hotel’s location is good, being near Darjeeling railway station, and Mall Road is a 15 to 25‑minute walk from the hotel. From the room’s window you can see the mountain.

The room was excellent, but the hotel’s location was inconvenient; we had to carry our luggage uphill, and no cars could drive up to the entrance.
