We loved the location—exactly what we needed—and the room was larger than we required, which meant we didn’t feel cramped. No complaints at all.

The location and proximity to Newcastle’s activities were fantastic, and getting in and out was a breeze with easy parking. The rooms were spacious. The only issue was that several bathroom lights were out; we told the staff at checkout to flag them for replacement.

The hotel has changed a lot in the last six months. It used to offer water bottles and a mini‑bar in the room, but now there’s nothing to eat or drink after 9 pm. For a traveller that’s a real drawback, and the room rate feels steep for what’s provided.
