The hotel sits right in the city center. It was a bit noisy, though.

The room lacked light and the lights were dim. The bathroom door opened too close to the bed, which was inconvenient.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the public areas needed better cleaning and a remodel. The location was good but there was a lot of noise; acoustic isolation between rooms was poor. There is no elevator to the first floor, and the lobby looked poorly maintained.

The location was handy, just off the lively Bui Vien street that looks great at night, and the staff were fairly friendly. However, the hotel felt dirty and run‑down; both the public areas and the rooms were grimy, dusty and shabby. The lift only starts on the first floor, so you have to climb a level before you can use it. All in all, it was expensive for what it offered.
