The staff were courteous and friendly, and the resort offers good value. The cabins could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots. Requests go through a WhatsApp number, but the replies were slow. The pool water needed changing; it looked blackish when we were there.

The curtains in my room were dirty, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very low because the water pump hadn’t been turned on for us.

The atmosphere was safe and far from the city. Inside the room the floor was untidy and damaged, causing a cut on my foot; the room was small but comfortable, the mattress was fine, but there were no towels or foot mats, and the bathroom had a wet floor.

I felt comfortable overall, but no staff were available to help me this morning when I needed an iron, and I had to go to the reception counter twice with no one there; towels were handed over late, only around 8.30 pm we had to collect them ourselves—please increase your service. As mentioned above.
