The reception staff were all polite and helpful; the location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, the central market a short walk away, and the JK terminal nearby. However, the room cleaning was lacking, the acoustics were poor (room next to the elevator), the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom door wouldn’t open straight.
“Boa”
The bed was comfortable for rest, but I had to pay in cash upon arrival and they didn’t offer a payment plan, which caught me off guard; this should be clearly communicated for guests. The room differed a bit from the photos, the air conditioning cooled well but made a lot of noise when on, which slightly disturbed sleep.
The hotel’s cleanliness was awful; food was left behind the beds and the lobby was dirty. One night a cockroach crawled into the restaurant, we told the waitress but she did nothing except say she’d clean it when the housekeeping staff arrived. The beds had no comfortable mattresses, the bathroom lacked a proper shower box and water sprayed everywhere, the intercom didn’t work, and the TV wasn’t smart and had a terrible signal.
Everything was good, but there was no availability for a double room.
