We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Silver Fern Suites and Spa; the room had all the essentials, the spa was incredible, and the beds and sheets were clean and cozy; Helen at reception was outstanding and her service was top‑class, so we’ll definitely return to Rotorua with them; the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.
