The staff here were all really polite and helpful - they went out of their way to assist me.
The hotel's location was really convenient, which was a big plus.
The breakfast was amazing, so many options and it all tasted really good.

I stayed at the lodge. The receptionists were excellent, the breakfast was great and everything was spotless. The shower was either burnt or turned off, which was frustrating after a long trip—cold water just isn’t acceptable. I didn’t get the room I had booked. The breakfast wasn’t as advertised.

The location was good. The room was not.
The lodge has horrible access with many stairs and no parking. The double room isn’t well planned, the triple room is a bit better. They only accept cash payments. The building has outdated fixtures, like old outlets, so I couldn’t use a hair dryer and left with damp hair. There was not even a suitable adapter for the situation.
