The hotel had great facilities, the public transport links were perfect, and supermarkets were right next door.

I stayed at a nice hotel with excellent sound insulation, but out of seven nights the air‑conditioner only worked on two. The managers pretended it was rare, even though they talked to guests and everyone reported the same issue; at night it became very stuffy.

The place was very clean, but it was very far from the city.
