The hotel’s atmosphere brought me back to my childhood, it was so authentic, the bar, dining room, rooms, beach where families lounged on blankets, simply amazing. Even the teenage granddaughters were excited by the stay. Breakfast and dinner were varied, each chose according to taste. I can’t recall anything I didn’t like, so I think there wasn’t anything.

The hotel is set up in a retro style, just as it was built in the past. Even today it runs very well, excellent staff, great food and plenty of activities both in the hotel and its nearby surroundings. The stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to Medlovský Pond. Occasionally parking near the hotel gets worse because of the increased number of visitors to the nearby pond, but you can always find a spot.

The room was beautifully clean with a balcony and a lovely view, and the bathroom was spacious. The food was above average and excellent. Nothing else to add.

We were here for the first time and everything surprised us in a huge way. The retro hotel “with a story” turned the word “retro” into an advantage. We had booked a room in the Dependance, but they accommodated us in the main building, for which we are very grateful. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is luxurious. We left with a truly positive experience, though I doubt younger generations will grasp this “retro” focus.
