“Recomendo, limpo e acessível”

Very clean, well‑located near Hiper Db, attentive staff, breakfast is basic but enough. The bathroom was huge, and the room was clean and fragrant. You can hear people talking in the hallways, but that’s uncontrollable, and some guests don’t respect others’ rest.

“Boa”

Excellent breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The plumbing is an issue: to get water from the bathroom sink you must first turn on the shower, and you have to keep the shower running to use the sink. That’s annoying because you have to get your whole hand wet to wash. I didn’t ask to check it because I only stayed one night. I also missed items in the mini‑fridge, even though the front desk has supplies; it would be nice to have some in the fridge, especially since items taken from the front desk aren’t returned.

“Bom para poucos dias e se tiver compromissos ou passeios ali perto !!”

Breakfast, parking, shower. The room is old, the air stayed at one temperature, the thermostat was universal, drinks were pricey, and they wouldn’t let us check in early even though the time is later than most hotels. I’d suggest finding a place that allows check‑in around noon so you don’t have to wait a long time to settle in. They have zero tolerance for early check‑in, even if the room is already vacant.
