The staff were kind, attentive, helpful, and always smiling! The hotel sits in a great spot with easy access to public transport, local trains, buses, ferries, and nearby train stations. I did miss having an electric kettle in the room.

The breakfast spread was incredible, with plenty of options to choose from. However, the hotel's design, which requires you to use the stairs to get in, was a bit of a hassle.
