The staff were very friendly, helped me find a different room, and even turned on the heater for me.
Everything was nice, but there was no laundry service to wash my clothes.

Breakfast was well prepared. The air‑conditioner didn’t work properly, a piece of glass was missing from the side window causing a cold draft, there was no staff at reception and I wasn’t sure if the bell was working. The TV channels didn’t work, the milk power was old and left cloths in the coffee, and there were no teabags in the room.

The place was quiet, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. The host suggested a lovely restaurant for dinner. Wi‑Fi was great and there was a good working space for business travelers. The breakfast was limited for someone who doesn’t eat eggs or bacon, and there was no warning about cats, so my colleague who is afraid of cats couldn’t enjoy it.
