The location was spot on, yet they skip daily room cleaning and forgot to serve breakfast.

The hotel felt safe and the room was spotless, nothing to add.

The venue was bland, and on the first night we received the standard rooms I didn’t pay for—tiny, with uncomfortable beds and a leaking shower 😢😢, but on the second night we finally got the room I had requested.

The room had all the amenities I needed and was super comfy, but there were no cleaning supplies available.
