The rooms and bathroom are small and modest, but that was fine for the price. The staff were fantastic, and breakfast and lunch were great. Overall, I won’t look elsewhere for future stays in Wrocław. However, the cleaning staff seemed confused about what needed to be done and when, and their constant chatter disturbed people who wanted to sleep longer. The front‑desk guys should know the breakfast hours.

The exterior looked decent, and the reception was okay, but the hotel is split into two sections. One side was acceptable, while the other was incredibly smelly, dirty, and scratched. The odor was so persistent that I couldn’t stand it for even five minutes. I arrived to spend a few days in Wrocław and was given a room in the stinky part of the hotel, where breathing was impossible. I asked for a room change, but they offered another equally foul room. The smell was indescribably heavy; I’ve never encountered anything like it. I requested a refund, but the manager said she couldn’t do anything because there was no manager. She handed me the keys back. I reported the issue to Booking, and the customer‑service rep said many people had complained about the piercing odor and that she would respond to my complaint the next day, meaning Booking had contacted the property. Yet the property did not acknowledge my complaint. I honestly do not recommend this place. I paid for four nights but barely stayed in the room. It feels like their business model. It’s a massacre. I’ve never seen such a smell before.
