No staff member spoke English, making communication nearly impossible. The hotel and casino are combined, so checking in required endless electronic and bureaucratic steps that stalled for an hour before we could even enter the building. If you’re not interested in the casino, pick a different hotel.

The air‑conditioning did blow, but it never produced cold air, and the breakfast was extremely sparse, offering only four variations of scrambled eggs with bread.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the older gentleman who attended to us. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was more than sufficient, with fresh eggs, coffee, and orange juice. The all-inclusive flat rate of 10 euros per person was a great value, covering food, drinks, and even alcoholic beverages and warm beverages.
