The spot was pretty good, just 10 meters from a family‑dinner bowl place, and walking to International Street or Boshō‑Gū felt close; bikes were available nearby (remember to download the app). On arrival the check‑in desk was closed, so I had no idea whom to ask for help, and the room’s air‑conditioner was off, making it stuffy and hot; after leaving a note, the AC only switched on around 5‑6 am, so the response was far from prompt.

The staff were very friendly. The beds sat in individual boxes closed by a small Japanese curtain, each with its own light and power outlets, spread over two floors. The bathrooms were clean. Good value for money. I did get an allergy (swollen eyes) that seemed to come from the pillows.

The spot’s close to the airport and shopping streets, and the price is unbeatable. There’s a nice mix of social vibes (people hang out in the common area and are generally friendly) and privacy (they leave you alone in the bedroom and bathroom). It could have been cleaner, though I wouldn’t call it dirty; the sink and toilet areas were a bit cluttered, and the entryway smelled strongly from shoes. The stair railing was rusted and sticky. They supplied shampoo and body soap but no conditioner.

The facilities were lovely, the rooms spotless, and the vibe welcoming. The beds were good but could have been a touch softer.
