“Super hotel”
The hotel is exceptionally large, and what I loved most was that the pools are open 24 hrs. If you’re planning a family or business event, this is the ideal spot.

The view is wonderful, and the outdoor kitchen overlooking the bay is a highlight. The king bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. The maid service was good. However, the listing was misleading: it’s actually Villa Armonia and is 20 minutes farther from Puerto Vallarta than the map shows. Construction was happening the whole time—jackhammers, saws, hammering as a level is being built below the suite. The kitchen is disappointingly bare, with no frying pan, no serving bowls or utensils, only two plates and cubes, no kettle, and there were many ants on the counter that need to be dealt with using Raid. The supersized pillows make it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The property itself is stunning—imagine yourself in a modern palace by the sea! The location shows the property being much closer to Puerto Vallarta, but because it’s further away I actually enjoyed a quieter experience.

The hotel sits right on the Boca de Tomatlán bay with a fantastic view of the harbor and the green hills. The suites are huge, the corridors and common areas are spacious, and everything is elegantly and tastefully furnished. Two pools complete the beautiful garden. The only drawbacks were that coffee was available but breakfast was extra, not all of the amazing lamps in the room worked, and it gets noisy on Saturday nights.

Literally nothing, we booked thinking the location was 1 km from the center. It turned out to be 20 km from the city to the hotel. The listing on Booking is fictitious; the real listing has a different name and correct location. The hotel is old and worn, the photos don’t match reality, the rooms are dirty, and the staff are unhelpful when you bring it up.
