“una bellissima sorpresa”
The internal museum on the Battle of Monte Cassino was fascinating, with unique artifacts and photos. The staff were very helpful, and we were a large group staying just one night, so they followed us politely. We needed an indoor parking space, and they reserved one for us, waiting until late evening. If we return to Cassino, we’ll definitely stay here again!
The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling, and the noise from the adjoining rooms was noticeable.

The staff and location were good. The décor, the state of the bathroom (cracked sink, broken toilet, clogged shower, and a balcony door that was hard to close), and the aging elevator were disappointing.
