It is very spacious and the location is ideal, both for going to the station and to the center.

The room was big and bright, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfy stop in central La Spezia; the kettle and pod coffee machine were also appreciated, and breakfast was offered at a nearby partner café. Nothing in particular to complain about.

The spot is great and the place is clean, but the sink tap wasn’t secured properly.

The room was tidy and roomy, and the central location was a plus. However, there was no person physically present to greet us, the small shower stopped working and no water came out, and the included breakfast was confusing—nothing was explained in the room and the breakfast area at the entrance was blank. When I messaged the contact on WhatsApp, she replied only after we had already paid for breakfast at the bar.
