Verónica and her partner were very kind, and what I liked most was the shaded coffee they made right in the hostel’s own art corner. The place is very well located in a quiet, safe area. The terrace is nice, but I feel it could be used much more.

Location and atmosphere. It seemed like the reservation hadn’t been scheduled, but they eventually sorted it out.

The location was okay, and the staff were helpful. The furniture in the common areas is pretty badly worn. Under the beds was pretty dirty. The bed I had was not all that comfortable. The common area has nothing to do, a ping‑pong table, uncomfortable chairs.

The hostel is part of a café—main hostel spaces are behind the common area (some access shared with the café), garden, upstairs common area (breezier), kitchen (also saw café personnel there with some supplies). Dorm: nice enough bunks with power outlet nearby, lockers—glad that the 6‑bed dorm has a window, in the humid Bucaramanga climate—still a hot sleep every night. The location is very comfortable: many eating places, boutique shops, further along is a supermarket and then a larger Exito supermarket. The street is reasonably quiet? Good that the dorms are at the quieter rear. Rating 8 as good but could be sharper. Poor hostel introduction: no mention of the upstairs “terrace” space, kitchen, no indication of the café next door surrounding reception—kitchen has the usual “mark food” sign but no marker pen available there. Wi‑Fi signs difficult to read password. Showers are good but the curtain is removed, so to keep things dry you have to position it on the two hooks. Trim the plants at the hostel entry and along the sidewalk in front—seems to be several volunteers: the Colombians aren’t as friendly as volunteers from other countries; in dorms, volunteers seem to claim bunks—those should be put in a separate room.

The location is great, but the administration was chaotic; one day someone else slept in my bed and I only realized it when I was about to go to sleep.
