“Would not recommend, my expectations and reality did not meet.”

Balcony but you pay for that. Arrived on Sunday evening. Monday morning - no hot water for showering. Took 4 hours for correcting. Management initially said possible problem was due to other guests using all the hot water. Sad excuse! Issued was a clogging problem. The beautiful view shown on website of the terrace for everyone to use - they do not state that you have to climb 3 floors of semi-spiral stone staircase then another set of spiral staircase to get to the terrace. Fourth floor spiral staircase is not the easiest to use. Not for senior citizens or disabled. Bedroom is a box with no windows. Paid for balcony - nice but not to listen to the AC unit running for the office downstairs. Would not recommend

“Highly recommended stay at Polignano a mare”

The location is central, right next to the viewpoint, and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous with a sunrise and sea view. The staff were very helpful, especially Alexandra, who assisted us in carrying our luggage up to the room. The shower drain is a bit slow.

The spot was unbeatable, one of a kind! The room was roomy and spotless. The bathroom was huge, and the shower had a powerful spray. The mattress felt a little sunken, though.
