The location is very good, but the bathroom is very dangerous and impractical for anyone, especially for me who has hip problems; it was quite difficult. The lovely, cozy patio is nice. I recommend installing grab bars for the bathtub and switching to modern platform showers that are more comfortable and safer for everyone.

We were in a clean and stylish room; communication was easy and every question was answered patiently. During our stay in Florence, there seemed to be an internet problem, though.
