The staff were unfriendly and a bit abrupt; the 4‑star hotel charged for spring water for two nights (two people), which felt excessive and disappointing. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the breakfast menu was sparse.

I travel for work a lot and have stayed at Muong Thanh properties across the country, but the Grand in Nha Trang let a lot of noise in – you could hear people chatting loudly outside right inside the room, and the staff didn’t even clean the room during our two‑night stay or bring the welcome paper and the standard bottled water.

The price is great, the room is large and clean, and the views are amazing. It’s a bit far from the town center but that’s reflected in the price.
