“Bom hotel, mas precisa de melhorias”

The hotel sits right in Ponta Negra, so almost everything is within walking distance. The staff were attentive and helpful. The beds were generally comfortable and the air‑conditioners worked great. The shower had good water pressure and was easy to adjust the temperature. The breakfast, however, was very disappointing. There was a large selection of foods, but aside from the fruit and cakes, everything else seemed stale—croissants, rolls, etc. appeared to not be fresh that day. Both air‑conditioners in the apartment made a lot of noise, which was unavoidable in the heat, so the first few nights were a bit hard to get used to the constant hum. Every time we tried to use the pool, it was noticeably dirty from other guests; it’s not the hotel’s fault, but it might be worth an extra cleaning round during the day.

The reception was amazing, everyone was super polite and the service was top quality! Maria was excellent! I didn’t dislike it, but I wish there had been a stove in the room.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the location was great, the breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable… we loved it, see you next time 😊

“Tudo certo. Nada gritante nem pra mais nem pra menos.”

The pool, proximity to the beach and the size of the room were great. The breakfast felt a bit weak.
