“Property not worth the money they are charging far from being Luxury”

The property is spacious and well‑situated near the main street, full of restaurants and shops. However, the photos are misleading and the place isn’t really luxury for what it offers. The room was clean but missing basic items—no cupboards or storage for clothes, only two hangers. The shower was tiny, unattractive, and lacked cabinets for shampoo or shower gel. The shower head was old and sprayed water in all directions, and there were no shelves or storage in the bathroom.

“Molto comodo”

The hotel is very close to the city centre and convenient for getting around with public transport. The only landmark was the cleaning lady, who was very kind and extremely helpful.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the centre. The staff were fairly helpful, though there was a slight delay in responses because check‑in was self‑service.

The common areas, rooms, and covered parking (a real bonus if you’re riding a motorcycle) made for a truly pleasant stay in Pompeii’s Luxury Room. The location is simply excellent—walking distance to both the Pompeii ruins and the Basilica, and close to all major services. The room was clean, well‑furnished, and overall very comfortable. We had no other complaints; the stay was enjoyable and trouble‑free. I recommend this place mainly for its strategic location and the care taken with the surroundings. The only small issue was that it wasn’t clearly stated that the rooms are on the basement floor—information that would be useful to know beforehand.
