Hot water took a while to get hot, and there was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower.

“We enjoyed all the facilities, especially the parking spot right in front of the unit.”

The room and bed were very clean and comfortable, which we appreciated, but they only provided one knife, one teaspoon, and two small plates for two people; I asked the manager about getting more and he said I could ask for it, but it wasn’t clear if I’d have to pay.

The TV was connected and the bed was heated, but when I arrived the first room offered was not available, the second was very dirty with a pitiful sink that the front desk said had been clogged for a while; I asked for it to be cleared and cleaned, but they instead gave me a third room that hadn’t been fully cleaned (a trash bin in the bathroom for hygiene protection hadn’t been emptied) and there was a slight odor.
