The price. The building entrance was very rundown, the hallway was dirty. I was shocked when I opened the front door. The carpet was filthy, the handles on the house and room doors were sticky. Behind the house near the parking lots there was a decent mess. In the garden everything was really rundown. The pavilions and furniture were broken and dirty. The first impression was a shock and it never really improved. The room was better. The interior design feels cute and nice, as seen in the photos. Cleanliness was noticeably better, though not perfect. The armchairs were heavily worn and very spotty, some items were a bit sticky. The windows were dirty and it was noisy from the street. The communal kitchen was okay if you don't look too closely. The coffee machine in the dining room lacks a manual. The trash bins in the courtyard are sticky, you need gloves to open them. Very unpleasant. For one night you can manage, but the overall situation doesn’t invite staying, chilling, cooking or eating, in my opinion. The bathroom was okay, the armchair was worn.
