Stunning view, comfortable. Joanna is very kind, available, attentive. The house is clean, located near the forest with boletes!

The lake and spa were nearby, though the spa was closed during my stay. I can't call this a successful visit. When we arrived, the owner showed us the room, which looks like most of the photos. The private bathroom is opposite the room, so you have to walk through a corridor that other guests also use, which is inconvenient. The bathroom is dark with weak lighting. The sink is very small, making basic toiletry tasks hard. There's no shelf for even the tiniest cosmetics. The toilet is squeezed between the wall, the basin, and the sink. I didn't see a shower handle, so you have to hold it. Ventilation in the bathroom is practically nonexistent, and you could feel it in the toilet in the morning. The shared kitchen is opposite, but I avoided it because of its unsatisfactory condition. The room has a glass door, so when you’re lying in bed at night, any light from the corridor, the next room, the shared kitchen, or the toilet makes the room bright. The balcony with a lake view is there, and you can see the view from it. During my stay, someone nearby started smoking something that smelled like trash or plastic, forcing us to close the window. Also, the balcony and window are above a roundabout that connects the main roads in the town, so it’s noisy in the evenings and at night. I didn’t like the mattress; it felt very soft, but that’s a matter of preference. There was no mirror or trash bin in the room.

The place is close to the lake, but the beds feel very narrow, the kitchen is tiny, the mugs are old, the plates are dented, the decor looks like the PRL era, there's no way to get an invoice, and there are no balconies.
