The hotel is elegant. The service staff. They will absolutely go above and beyond for some segment of their customers who arrive with an entourage but will not extend a basic courtesy for a regular guest

The hotel called back promptly to inform me about a glitch in the booking. After I received the booking confirmation, the hotel called me again to say it was the wrong booking and that the rooms were not available.

The location was good, the rooms were neat, well‑sized, and comfortable, and the shower was good.

I never would recommend this place; the customer service was atrocious, and a daylight robbery group made the experience even worse.
