Very friendly host let me to leave my luggage at the accommodation already at 14.00, so I could go to discover the city. Check-in was possible at 16.00 when the room was ready after cleaning. There is a cute terrace in the second floor with nice view at the city centre. Room itself was oldschool but very cute. Bathroom didn’t look very fresh, but nothing horrible

La amabilidad, llegué a las 2 am con un vuelo y vinieron a busarme. Desayuno correcto, buena ubicación. No hablan inglés, pero son muy amables. Nada.

The spot’s spot-on, just a 3‑minute stroll to the city centre, and the rooms are spacious, though they keep an “old‑style” vibe. Catching the owner is a hassle—he’s usually out—and there’s no front desk. English communication is spotty; speaking Russian would make things smoother. The bathroom is tiny, the shower lacks a curtain, and it’s shared among many rooms, so during full occupancy you might struggle to find a free slot.

The house sits close to the city centre, remains quiet, and the ground‑floor courtyard boasts a variety of fruit trees; the rooftop terrace is huge and offers a great sunset and city view at night. The place is spotless, the common areas are pretty, and the elderly gentleman is very friendly.
