The room was clean. We had booked two rooms in the same room, but the front desk gave us the 8th and 9th floors; when we asked for the same floor, they gave us an adjacent room. When we checked the room we realized it wasn’t the same room, and asking to change it was troublesome, so we just used it. When the keys were handed over they didn’t mention that same floor didn’t mean same room, and that lack of guidance left me feeling bad. The paper cups in the room were also too flimsy.

It was the only hotel near Cheonan-Asan Station. It has a steamer. Amenities are sealed in one pack. The cleanliness was terrible; the sofa still had hair and food residue, long hair was found under the pillow, cleaning was sloppy, and a promotional paper about cleanliness was left on the bed.
