The waiters were friendly, but the guest service consistently tries to deceive; I booked a deluxe double room yet was given a standard deluxe double bed room, which I later found out was actually a premium room costing 2799, while they insisted it was a deluxe double. No one told me the checkout time, unlike other hotels, and when I mentioned I intended to check out that day they stayed silent, apparently trying to bill me for another night—this experience was disappointing and unsatisfactory.

We were never given any booking confirmation and were told—without any notice—that no booking had been made from Bookings.com; the service from Bookings.com and Hotel Sharda was pathetic, and they threatened to sue us and post messages on social media. I didn't like anything; everything was bad.
