I booked without breakfast, and there was no wardrobe – it felt like a car without a trunk, which is unacceptable. The Wi‑Fi barely worked at all.

The location was good, but there was no TV and it was terribly noisy.

The tram stop and supermarket were very close and convenient, and on Saturdays a market pops up right in front of the building. The ski dam itself is also a tourist attraction, making the stay recommended. The heating worked well. However, the equipment had defects: the hanger rack was broken; the TV remote had no batteries, so the TV stayed on all night and I couldn’t sleep; and when I arrived the bathroom floor was flooded, so I had to wipe it with toilet paper. The next morning it was flooded again, water leaked from the ceiling, and after several requests to the host I only got the remote batteries replaced – the leak was never fixed. On weekends the noise from the bar across the street continued until the middle of the night, and the windows couldn’t open.

“Studio bon rapport qualité/prix”

The studio was well furnished, good value for money, and very clean. Rotterdam is easily reachable by public transport. The windows do not open.
