The reception staff were 10/10, super friendly and attentive from booking to departure; I really appreciated the stay and will definitely return to Casa Elefante on my next trip to GDL, though the rooms are too close together for privacy.

I found this place a solid choice for a short stay, thanks to its great location, spotless rooms, and all the essentials you’d expect. The terrace is charming and pleasant, and the service from Ana Laura via WhatsApp was fantastic, while Alicia, the cleaning lady, was very friendly and pleasant. The only thing that could use improvement is the mattresses and beds.
