The property offers excellent value for money, is surrounded by greenery and isolated, which is a double‑edged sword: highly recommended for those who want to stay out of the world, but a bit inconvenient for those who want to move around Florence. The owners provide warm hospitality and an authentic atmosphere with plenty of quiet. On the downside, the private bathroom is actually outdoors and not clearly stated in the descriptions, which is personally very uncomfortable; cleaning is not optimal, breakfast has limited variety, and the isolation from other centers makes it a less suitable choice for a business trip.

The owner greeted us warmly, spoke good French, and gave useful advice on parking to visit Florence. The accommodation was comfortable, set in a very calm environment, and the breakfast was hearty. It was a bit far from the entrance to Florence.

Everything, especially the quiet and complete immersion in nature, is fantastic to experience. Annalisa and Ezio are wonderful guests who are very attentive to clients. The only downside is that the building is medieval, which is charming.
