The location was great and the room service was solid, but the pillows felt flat, there was no tissue box on the table, and only two bottles of water were in the fridge.

The hotel looked brand new, with impeccable cleanliness, good parking, a pleasant balcony with nice furniture, and the fifth‑floor rooms had great bedding. The power outlets were fine, the air conditioning worked, and the location was quiet. However, there was no bedside lamp, no glasses or mugs—just paper cups. The service felt quite poor for a place of this style. We arrived at 15:00 and had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. There was only one coat hook in the bathroom, and the bar restaurant had a nice view but mediocre offerings, with almost nothing nearby to eat.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it could have done a better job catering to Western guests—like offering a Western breakfast and cable TV channels. There was no food available after breakfast, which is a common limitation in this area.
