Located in the tree-lined suburb of Dunkeld, between Rosebank and Sandton, 58 On Hume features a garden, outdoor pool, and free WiFi. The hotel is a short drive from Wanderers Cricket Stadium and offers rooms with flat-screen TVs, seating areas, tea-and-coffee facilities, and private bathrooms. It's 20 minutes from Johannesburg city centre and 5 km from Sandton and Nelson Mandela Square.

The property is gorgeous. The interior design is eloquent and sophisticated with every thoughtful touch considered and present, including dressing gowns, slippers, instructions on how to use the A/C, and divine‑smelling toiletries. The staff are outstanding. Michelle and Donald, you have a fabulous boutique hotel and if we ever return to Jo’burg we’ll book a stay in a heartbeat. Oh, I forgot to mention that the kitchen has a very talented chef too. Nothing negative. We were able to relax and read our books after a chaotic vacation before we took the long journey home. It delivered on every level.

I was really happy with my stay here - it felt like a home away from home. The food wasn't amazing, but I didn't expect it to be, and it was nice to have something simple to grab when I was in a rush. It's not a fancy restaurant, but it did the trick.

We were blown away by the hospitality here - it was truly exceptional. We were able to check in early and even had dinner, which was perfect. The rooms were huge, clean, and had an amazing bed. Plus, the location is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to a big mall.
