“Nice hotel with exceptional customer service”

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was further out than I had expected.

“Never again”

The spot is great, but there’s no free coffee or breakfast for guests, the tiny fridge doesn’t cool, and the pillows feel too firm.

Everything else but the water pressure. Water pressure on the 9th floor
