The windows in the rooms were broken, there was drug activity in the parking lot, and we asked for the sheets to be changed during our two‑day stay but it never happened; the bathroom and sheets were dirty. This place did not match the advertisement.

The room was clean, comfortable and the fridge was handy, though it felt damp, the laundry only had one old washing machine and two dirty dryers, so I’d suggest paying extra for a drying cycle because your clothes won’t dry in the room. Breakfast runs from 6 am to 9 am, which may be too early for some, and there’s no pool—just a hot tub that was out of order.

Everything else was fine, but the woman at the front desk was terrible; when I asked if any rooms were available she said no and told me I’d have to get my room through a booking, and she didn’t want to help. The property was clean and everything was fine.

It’s close to the airport and the freeway, but the carpet is old, thirty‑feet long, and smelly, and the shower is broken.
