“Nice Stay”
The room was very comfortable, and the pool and fire pit were nice; checking in was easy. I wish there were menus for local restaurants, the skylights needed spider dusting, and the pool opened later.
“Cozy Waterfront Getaway”
This place is a gem - the location is perfect, right by the water and within walking distance to downtown. The room was ready early, which was a nice surprise, and the whole place felt cozy and well kept. It's a great spot to relax and unwind.
“Great Location, Shame About the Bathroom”
We loved the location of this place - it's right in the heart of downtown Fish Creek, with everything you need within walking distance. The only downside was the state of the bathtub, which was pretty grimy. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives.
“Very, easy to check in process. Great coffee and TV and bed is comfortable. My wife Loved it.”
Room 5 was great – spotless, with many options that I never used but were there. Excellent. Everything else was fine, beyond a great environment and cleanliness.
“Exceptional Service at This Hotel”
The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. We were blown away by the excellent customer service, especially from Tyler, who helped us with an early check-in and even shipped back an item we left behind. The attention to detail and communication were top-notch.
