I arrived to find the room I’d booked was already occupied, and it took them forever to sort out a replacement. While I was waiting, the apartment owner knocked on the door, asked who was inside, and even inquired about how much I’d spent. On top of that, the cleaning hadn’t been done and the staff were downright unhelpful.
