Hotel Astoria Stuttgart City

“Nicht zu empfehlen trotz gutem Preis.l”

The price was unbeatable and the location right in the city center was ideal, but the room service wasn’t included in the rate; when I asked at reception, they said it only happens every three days, meaning the beds weren’t made and fresh towels weren’t provided when needed. I avoided looking under the bed because there were piles of lint, and the second morning of our stay there was a puddle of water on the floor because the ancient radiator had stopped sealing. I won’t book there again.

“Buena estancia con un detalle importante a mejorar”

I was told at reception that the rooms were cleaned every three days, which I found unacceptable.

“Hizmet kötüydü hiç bişeye yardımcı olmadılar”

When I arrived, there was no receptionist on duty, so I couldn’t hand over my luggage even though I was early; the door was locked and I sent an email but never got a reply. I waited until check‑in time for someone to appear, and after check‑out there was no place to leave my bags, and the 10 a.m. check‑out killed my whole day.

“Nur zum Schlafen war es einfach perfekt 👍”

The hotel was very cheap, centrally located and perfect for our conference, and we were warned beforehand that it was under renovation, so the work didn’t disturb us. The staff took a lot of time answering questions about my booking, and the in‑house coffee machine with tasty coffees was sufficient for me. However, from the second day the Wi‑Fi was encrypted and the password written on the note in the room didn’t work.

Keiner an der Rezeption der einem bei Problemen helfen kann. Tür ging nicht auf, hatten große Probleme beim einchecken. Parkplatz konnte nicht nachgebucht werden. Laute Lage
