Parking was questionable; I tried ringing but no one answered until someone finally opened the door. The lighting was awful, several lights in the room didn't work, and the overall illumination was poor, so I couldn't sleep because the bed smelled damp. Bathroom tiles had dirty cracks, and the motion‑activated light in the bathroom was a bad idea. Breakfast was subpar and not fresh—jam and marmalade were stale.

The rooms were spacious and nice, but it was very cold in both the rooms and the breakfast area. There was moldy bread, and the breakfast itself was mediocre. The staff were rude and uninterested.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and I really enjoyed my stay—I’ll come back.
