The location in the center was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The lady at reception was very pleasant. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is a great choice. No complaints.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Ostrava, and the room is fairly spacious with comfortable beds. The cleanliness could be better, especially in the bathroom, and I noticed the lack of blinds or curtains, so the morning light under the roof was quite bright. The paper walls made it easy to hear neighbors, and the Wi‑Fi information isn’t clearly displayed in each room—printing a note seems unnecessary. The accommodation isn’t expensive, but at this price I’d expect a bit more comfort.

The room was clean and well equipped with a private bathroom, a kitchen that had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, and we were satisfied. The terrace, however, was a disaster; the TV receiver or satellite signal kept getting interrupted, so watching TV was impossible, and the internet was very weak.

The hotel’s central location, the helpful receptionist, and proximity to public transport were great, and the kettle and basic dishes were provided. The downside was that the room was on the top floor, requiring four flights of stairs, and it was hot inside on warm days.

Overall, the hotel didn’t appeal to us; the price‑to‑quality ratio was unsatisfactory.
