The bedding is decent, the staff is attentive, but you need a car to reach Merida’s center. The dining room is sad and far from the center, and the pool is in bad condition with very murky water.

The hotel is very beautiful. From the lobby service and valet parking to the clean room with all the amenities for a good stay, I spent 3 days and 2 nights and it was truly comfortable and peaceful. If I return to Mérida, it will definitely be my first and only choice for accommodation—no doubt 5 stars.
