I really enjoyed my stay; at first I was a bit scared it wouldn't be good, but it exceeded my expectations. It is clean, the staff are nice, and the location is amazing, right in the centre of Talaat Harb with shops all around. I wish I had a room with a balcony; I got one with a window. The breakfast was just okay and needs more variety.

Overall, the hotel was very good, very clean, and the location is ideal for those who want to be in the center of Cairo, close to everything and lively. The shower and toilet were extremely clean, and the modern air‑conditioning worked well. The only thing that really surprised me and that I told the staff about was that it was normal to charge me for two non‑drinkable coffees upon arrival—100 Guinea for a person who had booked a week! I paid it without a receipt. Also, breakfast was quite mediocre, so I stopped requesting it from the second day onward. The rooms were missing a table and two chairs, and there was no kettle. Despite all that, it remains a very good hotel with professional cleaning staff. Thank you.
