The house was really beautiful, with a wow factor, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it’s directly on a heavily trafficked local street, and the windows were closed at night, so I wouldn’t stay again.

The house and room were nice, the breakfast good, and a request for a thicker duvet was handled quickly. Communication was very good and there was a parking spot in the courtyard. The entrance to the courtyard via a one‑way street was tricky; if the gate doesn’t open automatically you end up in the middle of the road while people honk and complain. Missing the entrance means you have to drive around the block more often. The street is busy and noisy, so you can’t sleep with the window open. The hallway between rooms stayed lit all night, letting light leak into the room through a slit; I covered the slit with a towel. Maybe the light could be turned off someday. For the Italian breakfast I’d like more options, like ham and cheese.

The facility is truly excellent, with friendly, prepared, professional staff attentive to every guest need. The buffet is rich and varied, and the parking is convenient in a quiet area.

Everything was perfect. Elisa’s welcome was very cordial, the hotel beautiful, the area very quiet, and there’s a lovely beach nearby. The large park and parking are great, and the buffet breakfast is very good. Nothing to complain about.
