We stayed here for the second time, paying the same price but in a completely different room. It was a converted storage space, far too small for two people. The layout was awkward and inconvenient because the bed, wardrobe, and chairs didn't fit otherwise. The bed was especially tiny, the mattress old, and we kept rolling from the side to the middle. That might be fun if you’re twenty and deeply in love, but we were a few steps beyond that. My husband and I couldn’t sleep in that bed. I stayed up for a few hours, then we swapped rooms and my husband let me sleep alone. We both got a short night. Shameful for that price! The next morning we told the (quite friendly) staff, who said they would pass it on to the management or something, but no apology, let alone any compensation. Staying at this hotel is a gamble: sometimes it works, sometimes it’s the worst.

The spot was great, the restaurant was solid, the pool was nice, and the breakfast seemed good at first glance. But the building and my room smelled like a wet dog, the room felt a bit outdated, and I was misled into thinking breakfast was included – instead I had to pay an extra 19 euros twice on top of the 221 euros I already paid.
