The location is great, better than other local accommodations. The room had not been properly serviced: there were not enough towels and the toilet paper was empty.

A meal at the hotel’s restaurant is a must‑try; the food is superb.
The location is wonderful, and Lucy and Sharon were welcoming and helpful; the hotel itself is truly beautifully appointed with spacious, comfortable rooms. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed for the two nights we stayed.
Staying there felt like a treat, with a sense of history blended into the 21st century. I loved the décor, and the dinner was excellent—one of the highlights of our Australian holiday.
